“BASIC X-RAY TECHNIQUES”
This course will be held on September 12-13-14-15, and September 26-27-28-29 at MSU-Billings. This 88 hour program, which includes a 16 hour correspondence course, was designed to meet the needs of those persons preparing to take the State of Montana, Board of Radiologic Technologist Limited Permit Exam. This program also serves the needs of the Registered Technologist who needs a refresher course. This program has been awarded 67.5 ECE Credits from the ASRT Evidence of Continuing Education Program. Past participants have come from Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Alaska, Idaho and Washington. Please call the Learning Center for more information. “UNDERSTANDING ROUTINE AND COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY”
Continuing Education for Limited Permit Holders in Radiology
This one-day program will be held on Saturday November 1. This program will have a session on Computed Radiography and the other lectures will have an emphasis on CR. This program is approved for 6 Continuing Education Credits/Limited Permit holders. Please contact the Learning Center for more information. THIS IS THE LAST LIMITED PERMIT CONTINUING EDUCATION THAT WILL BE PRESENTED THIS YEAR.

Continuing Education for Certified Nurse Aides
This continuing education program will be offered on Friday, October 3RD in the MSU-Billings-Student Union. Topics to be presented include: MOSQUITOES, CROWS, & US, SKIN-THE LARGEST ORGAN, COPING WITH DEATH AND DYING, CARING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR PROBLEMS. 6 Continuing Education Credits for Certified Nurse Aides have been applied for.
